The Legendary writer Mullapudi Venkata Ramana has passed away at his residence Abhiramapuram in Chennai. Mullapudi Venkata Ramana was suffering with health problem for past few days and he was at 79. Bapu and Ventaka Ramana combination has blasted out many classics in the film industry.
Bapu and Ramana first met in Madras 1942 and thye stayed in a same house for 50 years. Ramana’s autobiography has started from Kothi Kommachi and started his career as writer with the movie "Raktha Sambandham" in the year 1962. Now, he is doing a film named "Sreerama Rajyam" starring Balakrishna as hero and is still under production.
Venakta Ramana son name is Mullapudi Vara and he has directed NTR's Naa Alludu and Visakha Express with Allari Naresh and Rajeev Kanakala. In the year 1995, he was awarded wiht Raja Lakshmi Literary Award. Modern Telugu Literature or Cinema was flown from the ink of this master writer's pen. Ramana had started his career as a journalist and the greatest movie "Muthyala Muggu" brought him fame in film industry, turned as a producer with the movie "Sakshi".
